I am ALL about the Fall Beauty trends right now, aren’t you? September is when I start getting into the autumn groove & usually begin dressing the part right. One thing that is SO much fun to do is to switch up my makeup & nail looks for Fall. Everything gets a bit darker and moodier and the colors I tend to lean toward are mauves, browns, golds & more. I am so excited to share what I’ll be using this season!
First – I have to talk about Walmart Beauty and why I LOVE shopping there. Walmart carries so many of my favorite beauty brands such as Essie, Maybelline, Cargo, L’Oreal, Elf & more. They also offer two-day shipping on most of their items, which saves me a trip to the drugstore. Walmart Beauty shares many of the newest Fall lines & offers the latest of trends. Fall Nail Trends
First, let’s talk nails! I love having my nails done, whether at my favorite nail salon or home. This past few months I’ve exclusively been doing them myself and I’m loving it. It’s not only affordable but super convenient vs spending a ton of money and a couple of hours a month at a salon. Some of the hottest nail trends this year are matte nails, metallic nails, and even chromatic nails! So many fun options to choose from.
I discovered Essie’s Fall nail line & found the most gorgeous deep blue color, “Waterfall in Love”. I can’t wait to wear it, but it looks to be selling out quickly!
For my every day look I like to choose more natural tones with a deeper color. Today I opted to wear more of a “traditional fall” look & chose “Rocky Rose”, a milky brown nude color. So fun & perfect for the entire season. For my toes this time around I used one of my favorite colors of all time, “Penny Talk”. I like using this color throughout the year. It’s a metallic neutral that goes with everything.

Fall Makeup Trends
One of my favorite seasons to wear a bit more makeup is during the fall. After going mostly natural and bare for the summer I like to pair a more colorful, fun eye & lip look with cute sweaters, jeans and dresses. There are always SO many new trends each year for makeup.. this year it’s all about highlights for the face, nude & mauve lips, glossy lips, two-toned eyeshadows and much more.
I love a deeper nude eyeshadow palette that has a mix of everything. This “Nudes of New York” Palette by Maybelline is not only affordable, but it’s full of golds, pinks, browns and more. I LOVE it & I’m wearing it today!
Both of the eyeshadow palettes I’m sharing are perfect Fall options.
I have always been someone who likes to wear the darkest of eyeliners & mascaras, especially during the darker fall/winter months. I updated my routine today by using my favorite eyeliner: Stila & also tried out a new mascara! Both are fab & perfect for Fall! Another plus? They’re affordable. Can’t beat that!
Next up, I picked up two new mauve/nude lipsticks and I’m obsessed! I mixed the two colors together to create a darker nude look and it’s seriously Fall perfect. Both are just $5 but you wouldn’t know it. They’re silky smooth and the color lasts!
