Good for you! I made the decision to have mine removed after 17 years . Now implant free for
8 years. I think when i was younger i needed it to feel good about myself. Now that I am a mature woman i am happy to be “Natural “ . I dont miss them at all, and im very happy and confident aS a woman without them. So fun to read your blog. I bought almost Everything on Your cozy list. Heal fast! ❤️❤️?
Hi Kristy, Hope you are feeling better each day; I know how wonderful it is to have a great husband to lean on. I had my recalled implants removed last Friday. FIve years aGO I had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. I’ve had 6 surgeries to reconstruct and 3 implant failures due to infection or Symmastia. I Just changed out to my 4th set as My implants were recalled. I could have opted not to have implants; but all of my breast tIssue was removed During my first cancer surgery. Without a small implant and some fat transfer I would be concave. Fortunately I have the Most loving and Positive husband To lean on! He’s so healthy; so we couldn’t believe it when he had Emergency surgery 2 weeks ago. However, he has recovered and insisted I keep my surgery appointment. Family has been helping, but he has been babying me all weekend. We watched football together all day yesterday in bed; could have used thOse cute matching pajamas. Lol! I’d better order a Pair for us fOr the holidays! Sending hugs and prayers we all feel 100% better by the Holidays. Great photos of the 2 of you! ?
Wow Jennifer! YOu’ve been through so much.. I’m so sorry! I hope you’re husband is doing better too. He sounds like such a sweetheart… Sending tons of love and hugs you’re way! xx
I want to do this, just chicken! Very similar reasons and my implants are SO much older. I’d love to know what all this entailed from surgery thru recovery. I know it’s personal, but would love to hear your story if you decide to write more.
