Happy day everyone! As one follower said.. Happy Boobies Day! ;) For those of you who don’t know – I’m heading into surgery today to get an explant.. aka taking out my breast implants I put in many years ago!
I have received so many questions regarding my surgery and many are curious on why I decided to take them out.
Before I had my implants put in, I was a large A/ small B-cup and longed to be larger. I made the decision to get implants and after having them for 8 years, I’ve simply decided that I want to get back to my smaller size! Just a personal decision and I’m really happy about it. Another reason as to why I’m having them removed is that doctors are recommending that you replace them every so often and I don’t want to put myself through that again and again. :)
I’ve appreciated all your well-wishes and support these past few days.. I love you guys!
Jeff was cute enough to humor me & wear some matching pjs around the house this morning. We’re both loving them – so warm, soft, and affordable at under $20 for the set. Click here to shop my cozy holiday pjs!
I collaborate with Walmart every month to share affordable decor & fashion options… Today I decided highlight these Pajamas – they’re AMAZING! One of the things I love most about Walmart is that they have a quick 2-day shipping option which makes life so easy. They also have a wide array of size options & different brands from luxury to affordable. Click here to see more cute fashions.
I’ve rounded up more of my favorite cozy pajamas – many are family set pajamas so everyone can have a pair for a cute family photo for the holidays.. love that! All pjs linked below are under $20.

Hi Kristy, Hope you are feeling better each day; I know how wonderful it is to have a great husband to lean on. I had my recalled implants removed last Friday. FIve years aGO I had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. I’ve had 6 surgeries to reconstruct and 3 implant failures due to infection or Symmastia. I Just changed out to my 4th set as My implants were recalled. I could have opted not to have implants; but all of my breast tIssue was removed During my first cancer surgery. Without a small implant and some fat transfer I would be concave. Fortunately I have the Most loving and Positive husband To lean on! He’s so healthy; so we couldn’t believe it when he had Emergency surgery 2 weeks ago. However, he has recovered and insisted I keep my surgery appointment. Family has been helping, but he has been babying me all weekend. We watched football together all day yesterday in bed; could have used thOse cute matching pajamas. Lol! I’d better order a Pair for us fOr the holidays! Sending hugs and prayers we all feel 100% better by the Holidays. Great photos of the 2 of you! 💕
Wow Jennifer! YOu’ve been through so much.. I’m so sorry! I hope you’re husband is doing better too. He sounds like such a sweetheart… Sending tons of love and hugs you’re way! xx
I want to do this, just chicken! Very similar reasons and my implants are SO much older. I’d love to know what all this entailed from surgery thru recovery. I know it’s personal, but would love to hear your story if you decide to write more.
