Need a healthy summer recipe that is also really easy to make? Say no more – Jeff’s Grilled Shrimp & Veggies is the perfect option for a weeknight (or anytime) meal!
Every summer Jeff makes sure to pull out the grill and use it as much as possible while the weather is good enough. He makes us so many healthy and delicious options that we eat year after year.
There are lots of tips and tricks to make this recipe even easier than it already is. One thing that we like to use is frozen shrimp instead of fresh shrimp. That way you don’t have to run to the store in order to make this recipe.
Jeff and I also LOVE Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce. We think it makes everything better! So if you decide to make this dish, please try to find Veri Veri Teriyaki specifically. It has such a bright and rich texture that livens up even the most basic of dishes. If you can’t find it, that’s okay. You can use whatever teriyaki sauce you can find.
