After months and months of not going anywhere due to the pandemic we decided to take a little “staycation” to Pinecrest – a small area around 2 hours from our Bay area home. It so happens that one of my followers on IG overheard me saying I would love to have a weekend getaway. She immediately contacted me and asked if I would like to stay at the cabin she rents out year round in the nearby area of Pinecrest. We jumped at the chance to have a casual weekend away in her cozy cabin.. The thought of seeing the snow and cooking some warm dinners elsewhere was so attractive to us! We decided to take her up on her generous offer and invited my sister, her husband as well as my daughter and her fiancé.. all of whom are in our small bubble.
Jeff and I haven’t been to the snow in years… we tend to zoom to warmer weather/tropical vacays during the winter, so we had absolutely NOTHING cozy to wear for our time at the cabin. Thankfully, Lands End has SO many winter wear options at affordable prices.. we were able to find everything we would need and more. It was important that all the pieces are versatile for all kinds of weather as we live in a milder climate than where the cabin sits. The nice thing about all the selections we found is that we’ll be able to also wear them a ton while at home during the cooler months of winter.
Lands End has so many cozy & comfortable outerwear pieces like jackets, pullovers, and sweaters that can be worn in all kinds of weather…. They also have options that include things like socks, scarves, slippers, pajamas, & home decor items. Perfect for this gift giving season. Right now Lands End is having a HUGE sale with everything up to 60% off using the code PUMPKIN. So great for those of you looking for new cozy wear and gift ideas. ! Click HERE to shop the sale.
I’ve rounded up all of the pieces that we have & love below along with a few cozy holiday gift ideas!
Aren’t these slippers adorable?! They are on sale for $36 and that’s with the personalized monogram option! The slippers come in a variety of colors and I they are so comfy! This is hands down one of my favorite cozy stocking stuffer gifts. The slippers even have a sole on them so I can wear mine out & about while walking Maggie. :) Love that!
In love with my new sweater.. it kept me warm all day (even while out in the snow) & I love that it has an oversized fit. The sweater comes in a white or pink color & petite sizes as well. So nice. Jeff is wearing his new favorite pullover fleece quarter-zip jacket – it’s on sale right now under $20!
Best gift ever for men – it’s cozy so it kept him warm but isn’t too thick, so he can wear it all year round. That’s really important for him. The fleece pullover comes in 7 color options.
Another easy and cozy outfit for the wintertime.. I discovered the “softest fleece jacket” and now it’s one of my favorite pieces in the closet! Cozy and comfy this jacket has that “soft6 furry look” with a low price tag. the jacket comes in 4 color options along with petite & tall sizings. I opted to wear this cozy beanie with everything… it’s such a sweet stocream cking stuffer gift and it comes in 2 colors. I’m wearing the ivory heather.
More fun & cozy gift options for everyone.. We love all of Lands End slipper selections for both men and women. Jeff is wearing his shearling soft moccasin slippers – they are so comfortable and stylish! They even have a comfy rubber sole on the bottom so he can wear them outside. Of course we had to bring a soft and furry throw blanket along with us to the cabin to stay warm. It’s a cozy must have item for me when sitting by the fire.
Last but not least.. I wore the cutest cozy sweater jacket while out walking one morning. This piece is so easy to layer and stay warm in! I tightened the waist to give me that “cinched” look that I love. :) It also comes in a few color options as well – two thumbs up from me!
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing all the different looks that we wore while away at the cabin.. We had an absolute blast and know that many of you will LOVE shopping the Lands’ End Sale. Cheers!
