Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collection

Today, I am so excited because my friend Cassie from Hi Sugarplum! just launched a collection with Gibson at Nordstrom. It’s not everyday that you get a major retailer interested in carrying a line of yours, but then again.. Cassie isn’t your everyday blogger.

I’ve been following Cassie for years, and I love her sense of style. With every piece she wears, her personality shines through. She’s not afraid of color, she’s always happy & laughing, and feminine. Anyone who knows Cassie knows how much her family means to her – you’ll often find her IG stories showing her family singing, playing instruments, traveling, and enjoying life together. She shares all!

 

I was so excited when I found out that Cassie was launching a complete clothing line with Gibson – it’s the perfect direction for her. Nordstrom is such a great retailer and I knew everything would be versatile, size-inclusive, and would be a good mix (something for everyone!).

If you watch my Instagram Stories then you probably recall her sending me the cutest box for the launch – and it included a pre-order code for me to order a few pieces of my own before the collection launched. As soon as I saw the lineup, I knew you all would love so many of the pieces. Everything is under $75 which is huge! Also.. everything comes in both regular sizing and petite! Captiva Romper

 

One of my favorite pieces in Cassie’s new collection is the Captiva Romper. Rompers to me should be everyday classic pieces that are comfortable and you can dress up or down. I loved the black simple look for this drawstring button down romper – the fabric is polyester so it doesn’t wrinkle and it’s great for on-the-go & travel. It has pockets also which takes it to another level.. I’m all about easy. This romper also comes in a black & pink floral print, and a bright blue tropical floral print as well if you want to spice it up for summer. I’m wearing a small but it does run a little large. Monterosso Camisole

 

Cassie rocks this cute top, doesn’t she? Love the tropical feel. The side knot on this cami is an adorable detail that is both flattering and stylish. It comes in 4 colors/patterns – tropical white & green, classic black, nautical dot, and and a red pink dot. Click here to shop the cami.

 

Flamenco Ruffle Trim Dress

 

I never met a dress I didn’t love and Cassie’s Flamenco Ruffle Trim Dress is no exception. This adorable cotton sleeveless dress comes in a few different colors.. I fell love with the royal stripe. The tiny ruffle trim overlay on the shoulder sets this dress apart and the bowtie adds just another detail that makes it even more feminine. I’m wearing a small but I probably could go with a small petite. The petite wasn’t available until the launch. Click here to shop the dress.|

Kahala Tie Sleeve Top

 

I bought the Kahala Tie Sleeve Top in navy & it’s the perfect everyday top. It looks good with everything from jeans, to shorts, to skirts. You can dress it up or down but it’s just one of those wardrobe staples that everyone needs in their closet. It comes in 4 colors including black & white strip, pink, navy blue, and white. Hanalei Soft Jogger Pants

 

I love how casual Cassie looks in the Hanalei Soft Jogger Pants! Joggers are fun because you can dress them up & wear them out or you can lounge in them at home.
