There is nothing better this time of year than holiday baking! We love that our niece Walker stays with us for a night or two a few times a year and when she does, it’s non stop cooking! This time around they decided to try a breakfast treat and let me tell you, you’re going to love these pancakes!
These pancakes have all of the sweet cinnamon bun flavor we love without all the hassle of making a dough. Just add the cinnamon swirl while cooking the pancakes and then add the apple cider topping which really brings out the flavor of fall, this combination is incredible! It will definitely be a crowd favorite this holiday season. Try it!
To take our pancakes to another level we added the cinnamon swirl into some of the pancakes! The sugar cinnamon mixture caramelizes in the pan and makes a crispy sweet crunch that we all swooned over.
The perfect Holiday Breakfast treat! If you are hosting brunch for your family this year you have to give these a try. They are fun, easy and interactive for the kids.
