Cabana Day in Cancun

Welcome to day 1 of paradise! Jeff had the brilliant idea to squeeze in a little family time in Cancun, Mexico & I’m so happy he did. It’s been several years since we’ve been back… I used to come often as a flight attendant and had the luxury of being able to visit Cancun on multiple layovers. So much fun!

We’re staying at the JW Marriott – we love it here! The beach is beautiful, the infinity pool has an amazing view of the ocean, and the best part? The Bali Beds! The last time we stayed here we didn’t rent a comfy cabana bed for the day.. but this time around we decided to indulge & enjoy it.

It’s a huge king size bed with views of the ocean and pool, continuous food & beverage service, and shade all day! The cabana also comes with 2 lounge chairs in front of it in case you’re craving a little sun.

We’re planning on going somewhere for dinner tonight & we’ve booked a massage for tomorrow.. this trip is already starting off on the right foot! Stay tuned for more posts about our beach vacay.
