One of my favorite travel tips in Europe is to visit the most popular landmarks at sunrise. This was the Pantheon at 7:00 a.m., and within an hour it was filled with people. The early alarm is always worth it for peaceful streets, beautiful light, and a completely different experience. 🤍

Sometimes a room just asks for a little more color. 🤍✨ We swapped out our creamy rug for this blush-toned abstract, and I love the warmth it brought into the space. Such a fun little refresh without changing much else. Next up pillows..
What do you think - would you have kept the neutral rug or gone for a little color too?

Sharing two of our favorites today… red potato salad and grilled lobster on the grill. 🦞🤍
🥔 Tangy No-Mayo Potato Salad
Ingredients:
 • 2 lbs mini red potatoes • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced • 1/2 large cucumber, thinly sliced • 4-5 large radishes, thinly sliced • 5-6 scallions (green onions), chopped • 1/4 large white onion, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Vinaigrette:
 • 4 tbsp white vinegar • 2 tsp sugar • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil • Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix everything together and chill before serving.
Tip: Sometimes I make a little extra vinaigrette and add more to taste. The potatoes absorb quite a bit as they chill.
🦞 Grilled Lobster Tails
For lobster tails that weigh about 12-13 oz each:
Ingredients:
 • 1 lobster tail per person • 4 tbsp butter, melted • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced • 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges • Instant-read thermometer
Instructions: • Preheat grill to medium heat (375-450°F). • Split lobster tails lengthwise and brush generously with the melted butter and garlic mixture. • Place shell-side down on the grill. • Use an instant-read thermometer to monitor the internal temperature while cooking. • Grill for 8-10 minutes with the lid closed, basting once or twice with more of the butter mixture during cooking. • Once cooked, brush with a fresh batch of warm garlic butter and squeeze fresh lemon over top before serving.
The lobster is done when:
 • The meat is opaque white (not translucent). • Internal temperature reaches 140-145°F. • The shell turns bright red.
If the tails are especially thick, they may need 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, as lobster can become tough quickly.
