I’ve been making my World’s Best Stuffing recipe for Thanksgiving and Holiday dinners for as long as I can remember. The base recipe comes from my dad who made the original “world’s best stuffing recipe” every time he roasted a turkey while I was growing up.  Now when I make this stuffing, it takes me back to those wonderful days growing up in a large family and cooking wonderful meals during the holidays.

Our whole family loves when he makes cheesecake and this special version is the perfect mix of everything you want in a holiday dessert. This weekend while driving around, Jeff and I passed a roadside stand full of ripe peaches which happen to be my favorite fruit of all time. Of course we had to stop in… When I was growing up my dad would always make desserts using peaches. White peaches happened to be his favorite, but I don’t discriminate ;) Ever since my dad passed away several years ago, anything peach related makes me happy and reminds me of him.

Lighting has always been extremely important to both Jeff and I. It’s a passion for us.. When I really think about it, we have spent more time in choosing the lighting for our home more than any other detail. Lighting creates mood, ambiance and romance. It’s important for reading, working, and living. We have even made sure we have the perfect angles for the automatic lights outside that help the outdoor home security cameras to see whoever triggers them.
