Wicks Party Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 2lb Bag Frozen Country Shredded Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 16 Oz Container Sour Cream
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (We use Mexican)
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits (the crispier the better)
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

  2. Slightly thaw potatoes while mixing other ingredients together. (Thawing the potatoes overnight in the fridge cuts down the cooking time and makes them easier to mix.)

  3. In the largest bowl you have mix all the ingredients together then pour into a greased 9x13" pan and cook for 75 - 90 minutes or until golden brown.
