Growing up, dessert was a staple of the meals in the Wicks household. Maybe this was my parents way to gain another 15 minutes of calmness in the house because if there was dessert around you could be sure all of the kids would calmly eat and not cause trouble… Ha.

My favorite desserts have always been Ice Cream, Cheesecake and Apple Cobbler. Cheesecake is awesome, but the combination of ice cream and Cobbler is just out of this world!
