Sundays have always been my favorite day of the week and mainly for two reasons… sleeping in and obsessing over Sunday home exteriors. It’s obvious why I love to sleep in… the home exterior part stems from driving around with my Mom every Sunday looking at all the open homes listed. I can remember feeling inspired by each beautiful home that we visited and whether old or new, all gave me something to aspire to.

I’m someone who loves homes with neighborhood curb appeal… Walking the neighborhoods where I live I’m reminded that you can find just about every style and size home and garden here. Typical for California.  In the Bay area with the Silicon Valley tech boom reaching most everyone you certainly notice signs of money everywhere but what you won’t find is an abundance of land. As a result… many homes sit on top of one another.
