Delicious and easy weeknight dinner that takes almost no effort!
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
Chop the vegetables - bell pepper, remove seeds and chop poblano pepper, dice broccoli florets, dice white onion.
Combine chopped veggies, minced garlic and balsamic vinegar in bowl. Mix thoroughly adding the salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
Drain any excess liquid from the vegetable mixture. Add the vegetables on top of the pizza.
Place a baking pan on the bottom of the oven to catch any excess liquid.
Place the pizza directly on the middle rack of your oven and set timer for 20 minutes. Check after 18 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice into 6 pieces.
