Simple Acai Bowl Recipe

Delicious recipe for a summertime snack

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Frozen Acai Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Bluberries
  • 3 Chopped Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Chopped Kiwi

Instructions

  1. Take the frozen packet of acai and heat it under warm water. Then empty it into blender. 

  2. Add the coconut milk (or liquid of your choice) into blender and lightly blend.

  3. Put mixture into your bowl/fruit bowl of choice and stick into the freezer for 10 mins. 

  4. Take out of freezer and add fruit/coconut of choice. 

  5. Enjoy!
