In terms of all-inclusive vacays, I haven’t ever been on one of those before, so it’s hard for me to recommend something. What I would do is research research research more on this topic – google is your friend! -E

If you ever get really sick, you may have to fly home on a private jet with Medical personnel. That would be so costly. Also, some medical insurance does not cover you when you leave the US.
