Jeff and I just returned from a wonderful whirlwind trip to celebrate the beginning of our 30th Anniversary year. Yes, you read that right.. we have been married for 30 years this December 18th! We are so thankful to have been together for 3 decades and wanted to enjoy new experiences and adventures throughout the next year to help celebrate our time together. Jeff and I have planned a few trips already and they span from little California weekend getaways to overseas excursions..

December is my favorite time of the year… Not only because it’s a holiday month but because it’s also my wedding month. This year Jeff exceeded all expectations with a surprise Hawaii trip to Maui. He has never done this sort of thing on his own before so you can imagine how surprised I was.. Emma was in on the whole thing. (of course).

I found out we were leaving only a month beforehand to give me time to prepare.

This past week, Jeff and I returned from the most incredible little getaway to Mykonos, Greece. We went with our good friends, Carol and Nigel and had such a special time. We all love Greece and Jeff was dying to see what all the fuss is about so we planned a visit. Our friends stay on the islands during the summer months as often as they can and I haven’t been back since I have been married… A return trip was overdue.
