New Year = New Opportunities for change. I’m approaching 2018 with a fresh start – not only for my mental & physical health, but also my home. When I say change I don’t mean running out and purchasing a huge piece of furniture, instead I’m talking about all the little things that add up to make a big difference. Now that I’m thinking about it, all of these changes do affect my mental health in a positive way as well.
