Hi

I am from Mexico and this is an amazing post, it is nice to see people recommending our beautiful Cancún, the only thing I will point out is every hotel, high end and not that high end has a filter system for the water, I don’t drink it but I can brush my teeth with no problems. Everything is else is just as amazing as you say
Thank you for sharing this beautiful post

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. No hotel can overdo the official water distribution. Many buildings and hotels have water processing plants which only filter the harshness )so that you can rinse your hair in the shower) but NO WATER IS OK FRO HUMAN CONSUPTION anywhere.

In reply to <a href="https://kristywicks.com/cancun-travel-guide/#comment-164964">Sydne</a>.

Hi Sydne! Thanks for writing to me. How exciting. We actually got the same $100 resort credit and used it toward the cabana everyday. The Cabana cost us $160 per day. We thought that the b/l/d options at Club 91 were great and perfectly substantial.. I'm not sure if your husband is gluten free that it would be the best option though, just because you can't order specially-made things catered to him. I hope this helps a bit.

Hi Kristy! Me and my husband are actually going to cancun in August and staying at the jw marriott! I am looking at the different rate options at the jw marriott and was wondering if i could ask a few questions. i am also looking at a rate that gives you a $100 resort credit, can you use this credit to rent the cabana you mentioned in your post (if so, what was the cost?) and/or towards restaurants/food at the resort? The website isn't very clear as to the specifics you can use the credit towards, just that it cannot be refunded and that it cannot go towards payment for your room. In addition, would you say the breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings in the club 91 level were substantial? My husband is gluten free and if we purchased the rate that included this amenity we would want to eat there every day for every meal to get our money's worth, would you recommend this based on the food offerings you saw? thank you for your help in advance!!
