Peony Flower Care and Fun Facts ~

I am so excited to finally share peony flower care and fun facts with all of you.
Just found out that my local grocery store is finally carrying one of my favorite Spring flowers…
The Peony!

https://kristywicks.comPeonies are not only absolutely gorgeous in grandeur but they have lush full blooms with enough petals to look as if they could unfold layer by layer… forever.  Peonies dress every room in glory and splendor and I absolutely love having them grace my home.  I grabbed my first bunch yesterday after a friend let me know they were finally in our local Safeway store.  Immediately upon entering my home their gorgeous fragrance filled the air and I was instantly happy.   I adore these flowers and wanted to learn a bit more so I have copied a few websites and facts about Peonies that I was unaware of  until now…

  3. Hello. Not sure how I found you but I am so glad I did. I loved your piece on the peonies as they are one of my very favorites. Dahlias as well. So, well, abundant in all ways. However, I was wondering about the care of the flowers from buds on. You mentioned hydrating but didn’t go into any specifics. Where can I get more technical information on how to help my flowers last? Thank you for your beautiful piece and gorgeous photos.
