Best of Pinterest: Kitchens

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope all of you are having a great week.. Recently I have been helping some of my neighbors with their kitchen remodels and I find myself looking to Pinterest for inspiration. It’s a great tool to use when looking for a mix of styles and designs.

While remodeling my current home, I was constantly looking for ideas… Pinterest specifically helped me with the design of my island and so many of the details.. right down to the legs and the millwork. If you would like to see a little of my kitchen renovation click here.  (I still need to post a before and after reveal with all my info) Looking at Pinterest I realized how much I love paneled appliances and beautifully designed hoods.  It’s so helpful to look at millions of different kitchens and it ultimately made me realize what I personally love.

I’ve selected some of my current favorite kitchens.. from farmhouse modern to contemporary. I hope these will inspire you as much as they have me!

Best Of Pinterest ~ Kitchens

The full tile backsplash on the walls steals the show in this beautiful kitchen… The pendant lights and stools also contrast beautifully against the white space.

My friend Brittany has one of the most colorful and fab kitchens on Instagram. I love how she actively uses metals in this cool space and her pastel cabinets pop against the black range.

The bold color on the cabinets, the hidden range hood, and the black stove are jaw dropping. You can’t forget the beautiful open wood shelving along with the all marble slab backsplash.

The whitewashed exposed brick and herringbone floors give this Barcelona loft a style of it’s own.  It’s mix of industrial and old world makes it interesting and cozy.

The grand backsplash compliments the gold pendants and cabinet hardware brilliantly in this all white kitchen.  The green herringbone floor grounds the space and adds the richness that I love.

The blue and white patterned tile is so detailed and beautiful in the white kitchen below.  I love that it’s kept to a minimum so it compliments rather than takes over.

My girlfriend, Randi hit it out of the park with her new kitchen remodel.  Her white kitchen is filled with so many elegant details… From the mirrored cabinetry to the bling in her hardware, I love everything!

Cornblue cabinetry is so in right now… especially mixed with brass features. The patterned tile floor is a refreshing change from the typical hardwood.

Brooke Giannetti has a love and respect for all things rustic and it’s evident everywhere you look in her home. Her kitchen, while new looks as old as the beams hanging overhead.  I love the perfect combination and the mix in materials.

This kitchen bar area with it’s large scale floral wallpaper has a touch of whimsy that I love!  The marble open shelving, the bold cabinetry color and the modern brass hardware look incredible combined!
